Bengaluru: Shah Rukh Khan's much-awaited movie Zero is slated for a December 21 release. Zero was touted as the biggest release of the year in Bollywood when the trailer of Yash-starrer KGF was released. The Kannada movie is being released in five languages including Hindi.

KGF received an amazing response from people all over the country. Moreover, it was announced that it would be released alongside Shah Rukh Khan's movie Zero ― on December 21.

Actor-director Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Deshmukh and Anil Tandani have partnered to release KGF in the Hindi market. 

Zero is about a person with a small stature, an aspiring celebrity attaining something impossible. Whereas KGF is about Kolar gold fields, known as the land of gold, the oppression and the underworld. Zero is colourful; KGF is dark. 

As both the movies are releasing the same day, people have started comparing the two and appreciation about KGF in Bollywood has earned the wrath of SRK fans.

But speaking about the conflict of dates, Yash said there was always space for two good cinemas at one time. If the content is good, people will bless both the films, he said.

This did not stop SRK fans from bashing Yash and KGF. 

 

 

 

 

 

However, there were many, who wished KGF well and had good things to say about the movie too.

 

 

Reacting to the development, Khan has asked his fans not to be indecent with anyone in his name.  

KGF is directed by Prashanth Neil and the movie is made on a budget of Rs 75 crore. Hombale Films is the producer. Zero was made on a budget of Rs 180 crore and is directed by Anand L Rai and produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.
