Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is also an Engish proficiency test generally accepted by universities in the US and Canada. 

The Graduate Management Admission Test or GMAT is required by several business universities for MBA program admission. 

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is a test done for admissions of students in US universities. Indian students can also take the exam. 

Pearson Test of English or PTE is an English proficiency test which is accepted by some abroad universities.
