Bengaluru: Former PWD minister HD Revanna is in the news again. Revanna was at the Gokak rehabilitation centre that has been set up for flood victims in North Karnataka. Holenarasipur MLA Revanna was in a conversation with a flood victim who was narrating her grievances.

Revanna was seen ringing the bell that was kept on the table as she was speaking. The video showing his “indifferent” attitude has gone viral. The instance also caused people to remember the incident that occurred exactly a year ago.

On August 20, 2018, Revanna was on a visit to meet flood victims at Ramanathapura in Arkalgud taluk. He was there to distribute milk packets, biscuits and necessary items for the victims of flood. However, he was seen throwing the biscuit packets to the flood victims and had come under severe criticism.
