Delhi: In a shocking incident, a 28-year-old man, Rehan Khan, who hails from Bihar, on Thursday (October 17) entered a lion enclosure by climbing a metal grill in Delhi zoo. Seconds after Rehan Khan entered the enclosure, he was seen sitting right in front of the lion. Surprisingly, the lion did not attack Rehan. Security personnel at the zoo immediately jumped into action and rescued the man from the enclosure.
In the video, the visitors at the zoo are heard shouting for help. Few even tried to distract the lion from the man who had fallen into its enclosure.
Speaking to reporters, DCP (Southeast) said, "The man is identified as Rehan Khan, a 28-yr-old from Bihar. He seems to be mentally unstable. He was immediately brought out uninjured."
