Hyderabad: Telangana is all set to have its new Assembly and Secretariat buildings for a whopping Rs 500 crore. The new Assembly would be constructed at Errum Manzil, located at the heart of the city for Rs 100 crore. The new Secretariat building would be constructed for Rs 400 crore at the existing premises next to the Hussain Sagar in Hyderabad.
Reacting to this, Telangana BJP spokesperson Krishna Saagar Rao opposed this move of the chief minister and said that it is a loss to the state as the same amount can be allocated to construct schools and public toilets.
