Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (April 12) lashed out at HD Deve Gowda's family after chief minister Kumaraswamy made a remark on Indian soldiers. The chief minister had said that people who could not afford two meals a day join the army and become soldiers.
PM Modi also reacted to HD Revanna's comment after he said that he will quit politics if Modi comes back to power. He did not spare JD(S) chief Deve Gowda either. In 2014 Lok Sabha election, Deve Gowda had reportedly said that he will quit politics if Modi were to become Prime Minister.
