Pune: Congress president Rahul Gandhi has yet again sent the social media in a laughter frenzy.

Rahul, during an interaction with students in Pune, said: “I love Mr Narendra Modi. I genuinely have no hatred towards the man at all.”

The audience erupted into “Modi, Modi” chants as the Congress chief went on to further say: “I have no anger or hatred towards Narendra Modi, but he has anger towards me.”

Rahul's statement came after the anchor said that politics can’t be devoid of love and affection from the people around you.

However, this is not the first time that Rahul has expressed his love for PM Modi. Earlier, he hugged Modi and said he could not hate him since love "is in the country's grain, every religion, and the Tamil people".

In August 2018, Rahul had walked up to PM Modi and hugged him during a debate on the no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha, saying that he does not harbor any hate for the PM or the BJP.
