Bengaluru: Seven-time Kolar Lok Sabha MP KH Muniyappa who is facing rebel trouble in Kolar, has disowned his party members Kothur Manjunath and H Nagesh for rebelling against him. Muniyappa faces BJP candidate Muniswamy, a BBMP corporator who may end up becoming a giant Killer in case he beats the sitting MP.

Muniyappa is banking on UPA's policy and Rahul Gandhi's face value.

He also said that like old-timers Mallikarjun Kharge, Veerappa Moily and HD Deve Gowda who are not struggling to keep their seats 'safe', he too is confident of winning.  He also said that there is no question of a government collapse in Karnataka after the Lok Sabha election.
