Manchester: India captain Virat Kohli yet again defended MS Dhoni on his batting strike rate after he did not accelerate in the ICC World Cup 2019 semi-final against New Zealand in Manchester on Wednesday (July 10). India lost by 18 runs to exit the tournament. Kohli also faced a question on Dhoni’s retirement and also explained why the wicketkeeper-batsman was sent in at No. 7 in the 240-run chase.
