On the backdrop of escalating violence and damage to public property in parts of North East with respect to the Citizenship Amendment Act, actor and singer Himesh Reshammiya said that he is against such violence.
Bengaluru: Singer, music composer and actor Himesh Reshammiya has expressed his strong view on the violence and tension in North East states following Citizenship Amendment Bill getting the green signal. He said he stands against such violence. He said that the country's future depends on the youth, who need to do things which make the country proud. This will display a great sense of responsibility, he said.
