When people are expected to follow all the rules, shouldn't the departments of the government also be responsible in providing proper infrastructure to aid people in following the rules?
While there are rumours of the possibility that motorists wearing slippers will be fined, there is also debate on how to follow traffic rules in a road that is full of potholes.
