'To be honest, doesn't really bother us. We have done our homework on their whole squad for a number of weeks. We are prepared. What they do is their business. We will just keep focusing on what we are doing,' Tim Paine said on Tuesday

Melbourne: India have made three changes for the third Test against Australia but hosts’ captain Tim Paine said he is not bothered about what Virat Kohli and Co are doing for the Melbourne contest.

On the eve of the Boxing Day Test, India announced their playing 11. They dropped openers KL Rahul, Murali Vijay and fast bowler Umesh Yadav. Uncapped Mayank Agarwal, batsman Rohit Sharma and spinner Ravindra Jadeja were recalled.

With the four-Test series tied 1-1, the match at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is crucial for both teams. Kohli and the team management, who had previously messed up team selection, seem to have got the right combination now.

In the second Test at Perth, India went with an all-pace attack. That did not work out as the team lost by 146 runs.

When Paine was asked whether India’s three changes are a sign of panic, the skipper said he is not bothered about it.

“To be honest, doesn't really bother us. We have done our homework on their whole squad for a number of weeks. We are prepared. What they do is their business. We will just keep focusing on what we are doing,” Paine said on Tuesday.

Also, Paine said that Australia had made one change to the playing 11 by bringing back all-rounder Mitchell Marsh for Peter Handscomb.
