Jakarta/Palembang: India's ace squash player Dipika Pallikal has won bronze in the women's singles squash event in the ongoing Asian Games 2018.

Dipika suffered a defeat at the hands of Malaysia's Nicol Ann David in the semifinals. The score stood at 7-11, 9-11, 6-11.

Dipika had also won a bronze at the Incheon Asian Games back in 2014.

India's Joshana Chinappa is up against Malaysia's Sivasangari Subramaniam in the women's singles semifinals, assuring India of another bronze.
