Narendra Modi in Varanasi:  PM to inaugurate projects worth Rs 500 crore

Synopsis

The PM arrived in Varanasi on Monday and held a review meeting with officials and BJP leaders, and took stock of the progress of the development projects in his constituency

Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Parliamentary constituency Varanasi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects worth 500 crore rupees.

The projects include Integrated Power Development Scheme for Puraani Kashi and an Atal Incubation Centre at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU). 

The projects for which the foundation stone will be laid include the Regional Ophthalmology Centre at the BHU.

The PM arrived in Varanasi on Monday and held a review meeting with officials and BJP leaders, and took stock of the progress of the development projects in his constituency.

On his birthday, PM Modi interacted with school children at a primary school at Naraur.
