Indian Army counter-attack claims life of one Pakistani soldier

New Delhi: The Indian Army on Thursday retaliated to Pakistan's mischief of violating ceasefire along the Line Of Control in Poonch Sector.

In the retribution, one Pakistani solider was killed. The deceased Pakistani soldier has been identified as Zaheer Ahmed. The Indian Army retaliated in Thub sector of the Line of Control on the PoK side.

With this counter-attack, the Indian Army also avenged Pakistan's sniper attack in Kalal area of Nowshera sector. Pakistan has also confirmed the killing of a jawan in the attack. The Line of Control is likely to heat up after this response from the Indian side.

On November 6, Pakistan’s Army targeted 33 RR of Indian Army in Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir. In the attack, one Army jawan, identified as Naik Subash Chandra, sustained critical injuries and was later airlifted to Udhampur Army hospital.
