New Delhi: A human skeleton was found by some labourers inside a tank in a MCD school on Wednesday in Mukhmelpur village of Alipur area in Delhi’s Rohini district.
The labourers, who were cleaning the tank immediately alerted the school authority, which in turn notified the police about the incident.
Police along with crime and a forensic science laboratory (FSL) team rushed to the spot. The labourers said that they found a skull and some bones in the tank. Police are currently waiting for the FSL report to ascertain the age and gender of the skeleton.
The police are also questioning the school authorities and those involved in the maintenance of the tank, according to reports.
