Success Story: Hard work and focus can truly change a person’s life. A great example is Sagar Gupta, a young entrepreneur who built a ₹600 crore company in just four years, and he did it by the age of 26. Sagar Gupta, from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, always had a passion for business. After completing just one year of his B Com, he joined his father’s business in 2017. This decision turned out to be a turning point in his life.
While he originally wanted to become a chartered accountant, he chose to take a different path when his father started an LED TV manufacturing unit. His father had already been in the semiconductor trading business for nearly 30 years, and Sagar saw an opportunity to expand into electronics manufacturing.
In 2019, at just 22 years old, Sagar launched his own company “Ekkaa Electronics” in Noida. Starting a business at such a young age wasn’t easy, but with support and contacts from his father, Sagar began manufacturing for well-known brands like Samsung, Sony, and Toshiba. Thanks to his dedication and smart planning, the business grew quickly. In just four years, his company became a leading name in the electronics manufacturing space.
By 2022-23, the company’s revenue had reached ₹600 crore. Today, it produces over 1 lakh TVs every month, including LCD, LED, and high-end smart TVs, for more than 100 companies, both Indian and international.
Sagar now plans to enter the electronics gadgets market, producing items like washing machines, speakers, and smartwatches. His company currently runs a factory in Sonipat and employs over 1,000 people. If things go as planned, Sagar’s company might even go public in the next three years, through an IPO (Initial Public Offering).
Sagar Gupta’s journey proves that vision, dedication, and starting early can lead to extraordinary success. From helping in his father’s business to running a company worth hundreds of crores, Sagar is now an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs across India.
