Bengaluru: IIT Delhi has come up with an innovative idea hard to miss. 

It has prepared plant-based meat and fish so that vegetarians can also have a taste of it. 

It is to be noted that for the last nearly two years, professor of IIT Delhi Kavya Dasara and her team were working on nutritious and safe protein products, Dainik Bhaskar reports. 

 

The website added that professor Kavya has also received an award for Innovation of Mock Egg from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The UN team visited IIT Delhi for this product.

Such is the efficiency of the meat made completely plant-based is that when non-vegetarian connoisseurs were offered it, they ate it and were completely unable to identify that it was anything else but non-veg. 

The fish, the website adds, will also take care of Omega Three.
