A principal of a government-run school in Madhya Pradesh was suspended for distributing notebooks having a photo of Veer Savarkar on them.
Bengaluru: Close on the heels of a professor Yogesh Soman castigated for criticising former AICC chief Rahul Gandhi for his “Rahul Savarkar” comment and being sent on forced leave by the Maharashtra government, here is another shocker. But this time, it is not the Maharashtra government, but another Congress government from Madhya Pradesh.
The Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh sacked a principal of a government school. And the reason? Well, the he distributed notebooks with Veer Savarkar’s photo on it.
The principal of the government-run school which is at Malwasa in Ratlam district was suspended after he distributed free notebooks with Veer Savarkar’s photo on the cover. The distribution programme had taken place on November 4.
Reports are that an NGO official, who also happens to be a BJP supporter, uploaded the clicks of the programme on his FB account.
Though such uploads are absolutely innocuous, Congress IT cell workers took umbrage at it and more information was sought by the Bhopal Collector and District Education Officer.
And naturally, with such a move, former MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan did not mince words in criticising the CM Kamal Nath.
Students of the school too were not happy at the move and staged a protest.

Ever since Shiva Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray decided to join hands with NCP and Congress to form a government in Maharashtra, the Congress has consistently humiliated Veer Savarkar.
While Rahul Gandhi went to say that he was not “Rahul Savarakar” to apologise for his allegations, a booklet by the Congress alleged that Veer Savarkar had a physical relationship with Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram Godse.
The obsequious Uddhav Thackeray even compared protests in different universities against CAA to Jallianwala Bagh incident and even 26/11 terrorist attack.
Freedom of speech and expression, as enshrined in the holy constitution, assures that you have the right to express your views.
But a Congress government that calls the Modi regime “Fascist” does what it ought not to do!
The ultimate question that remains is: Who is the real Fascist?
