In 2021, Hrithik Roshan had thrilled fans with a video announcement confirming the production of 'Krrish 4.' However, updates on the project had been scarce until now. Siddharth Anand, the filmmaker behind the franchise, recently responded to a tweet sharing a photo of Krrish with the caption 'He is coming… #Krrish4.' His response, a simple 'Yep! He is..' has ignited renewed anticipation for the upcoming installment.

According to a report by Midday, Hrithik Roshan, alongside his filmmaker father Rakesh Roshan, is actively engaged in conceptualizing 'Krrish 4.' Despite his commitments to filming 'War 2,' Hrithik is dedicating time to brainstorming sessions with his father and their team of writers. The project is said to be in advanced stages, with plans to finalize the basic idea this year and commence shooting in 2025.

The 'Krrish' franchise began in 2003 with 'Koi Mil Gaya,' starring Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta, followed by 'Krrish' in 2006, featuring Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra. The third installment, 'Krrish 3,' released in 2013, starred Hrithik Roshan opposite Kangana Ranaut.
