Mumbai: Actor Ajaz Khan has been detained for allegedly possessing banned narcotics. The former Bigg Boss contestant was apprehended from a hotel in Belapur after Navi Mumbai's Anti-Narcotics Cell received a tip-off about the actor being in possession of drugs.
A team was formed and the actor was detained after eight ecstasy tablets were retrieved from his possession. The actor and his team are yet to release a formal statement about the incident.
However, this is not his first brush in with the law. He was arrested in 2016 for allegedly sending obscene photos and lewd messages to a hairstylist.
