Weeks after Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor and her NBA fan-husband Anand Ahuja made it to courtside at the STAPLES Center, Bollywood actor Disha Patani recently attended the NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the LA Clippers.
Restaurateur and chef Kelvin Cheung (Indian) tagged Disha Patani on his Instagram story from the game he attended a few days ago.
Sitting right behind Le Bron James is a feeling no one would want to miss out on, Disha said. The actor soaked in her NBA experience and had her fan-girl moments watching the game, meeting the Clipper girls at the centre court. She expressed her excitement on her social media handles.
It looks like Disha and her beau Tiger Shroff have one more thing in common, the love for basketball and NBA. Slowly but steadily, the NBA fever seems to be taking over India with celebrities and fans trickling in to add the much-needed buzz leading up to the NBA India Games scheduled in October this year.
The actor began her career with Telugu film Loafer in the year 2015 with Varun Tej. Following this, she got the golden opportunity to feature in the film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story in 2016. She will next be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s movie Bharat with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The movie is likely to hit the silver screens on Eid 2019.
