Bottle Cap Challenge: From Jason Statham to Akshay Kumar celebs kick the bottle

Last year it was Kiki Challenge that gained attempts worldwide, this time it is the Bottle Cap Challenge and the craze has taken over stars and celebs globally. 

The challenge requires one to unscrew the cap of a bottle with a kick, without knocking the bottle down.

UFC Featherweight champion Max Holloway started this latest viral trend after Errolson Hugh challenged him.

After completing the challenge, Holloway nominated singer John Mayer. “Be curious my friends! #challengeaccepted #bottlecapchallenge Passing this on to our guy @JohnMayer …. hey John if you can’t complete this challenge @erlsn and I decided you have to come to Hawaii after your tour and kick it with us until you complete it!”  Holloway wrote on Twitter.

People worldwide have now shared videos, of their attempts at the challenge, on Twitter and Facebook.

Akshay Kumar, who is known to be one of the fittest celebs, also shared a video on social media of him attempting the Bottle Cap Challenge. Needless to say, he rocked it like a boss.

In the video, Akshay is seen kicking the cap off the bottle. He captioned the post thus: ''I couldn't resist 😉”
