Mumbai: While Jungle Book fans may have been waiting with bated breath for Netflix's take on the Rudyard Kipling classic with Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, here's another news to make them giddier.
Bringing together an all-star cast of talent, the streaming giant announced Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff as the lead in the Hindi version of the film. Freida Pinto plays Messua in this as well as the English version. Here are the characters they will be playing:
Meanwhile, the international cast includes Christian Bale (Bagheera), Andy Serkis (Baloo), Benedict Cumberbatch (Shere Khan), Cate Blanchett (Kaa), Rohan Chand (Mowgli) and Matthew Rhys (Lockwood).
