Watch: PM Narendra Modi breaks protocol, greets people in poll-bound Mizoram

In a rare move, Prime Minister Narendra Modi broke security protocol on Friday and met people waiting the venue in Mizoram. After concluding his address at a rally in Lunglei, PM Modi proceeded outside the venue towards his vehicle where locals were waiting to greet their Prime Minister. The crowd cheered and called out to him. 
At this very moment, PM Modi sticks his head out and stand on the foot-board of his car, greeting the crowd gathered to witness his rally.
