The Supreme Court has rejected bail to Sajjan Kumar in the 1984 Anti-Sikh riots case   
 

Tajinder Bagga, BJP leader from Delhi has blamed former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi for the Sikh genocide that took place in 1984.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi met President Ram Nath Kovind and urged him to remove Union home minister Amit Shah over the Delhi riots. 

Despite a large number of victims approaching various agencies after the anti-Sikh riots of 1984, a large number of crimes of murders, rioting, looting and arson remained unpunished and untraced.
