Alappuzha: Kerala native, just after tying the knot, entered the examination hall in full bridal attire. Teachers and college mates were left awed as Rahna's husband Rasheed was waiting outside the hall. Rahna is a final year degree student.

The exam was said to be conducted on April 12, but later, due to some reasons, it was postponed. And the new date coincidentally fell on the day of her marriage. But the couple didn't change the marriage date. The couple got married on Friday early morning and the bride directly proceeded to the examination hall along with her husband.

Earlier, another Keralite too wrote her BEd examination on her wedding day. Drishya, a Palakkad native, had to rush to the examination hall just after the ceremony. Drishya tied the knot with Girish on April 10. And the groom had to wait outside the exam hall until the bride peacefully completed the exam.

Similarly, in Karnataka's Hassan, Shweta, just after tying knot, walked into the examination hall to write her academic exam. The couple got married on November 18 last year. Shwetha too had to reach the examination centre in full bridal attire. Shwetha is a final year student of the Government First Grade College based in Hassan's MG Road.

These women have indeed proven how education is important in this age.
