Srishti Dabas worked as a Second Grade officer in the HR branch of the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai. Despite this, she aspired to clear the UPSC exam.

Job by day, studies by night

Srishti dedicated her days to her job and nights to studying, clearing the UPSC exam in her first attempt in 2023.

Srishti Dabas achieved an All India Rank of 6, securing a spot in the top ten. Besides academics, she is a talented Kathak dancer with a significant social media following.
