Ques- What is your stance on the misuse of the 498A law?

Ans- There are instances where false accusations are made under 498A. Misuse of laws is common. Women do experience domestic violence.

Ans- This law is important for protecting the rights of women. In the slums of Mumbai, women endure domestic violence without ever reporting about it.

the lack of female representation in the Criminal Justice Reform Committee?

Women face several challenges, and their representation is important in the committee to address various societal issues.

Ans- Policy making should have an open-minded approach. The participation of public is essential. Opinions of every group of people should be considered for making policies.

Ans- Non-compliance can have negative impact on private investment. Western countries have established this system.
