Makeup artist Mehak Rao says choosing the right cleansers and soaps can switch up your entire winter skincare game. Sometimes, the biggest culprit for your winter skin dryness is a particular ingredient in your daily face cleanser or body cleanser. Notice how your skin feels right after washing your face or taking a shower? If it feels tight or rough, you might be using the wrong product. Toss any face washes with drying ingredients, like fragrances or additives.

Exfoliation on its way:
Remove the dead cells from your skin by proper exfoliation. It is an easy process and will give you the results instantly. Mehak Rao prefers chemical exfoliation over physical one.

Hydration:
Having a daily intake of H20 is really important because in winters we feel less thirsty and it keeps us from drinking enough water. Lack of water would leave our skin stretched, dried and lips chapped
The process of getting married can be hectic and exhausting. Don’t mess up with your daily water intake as it will directly show on your face.  Keep yourself hydrated between all the preparations. 

Don’t forget your hands and feet:
Remove dry skin from your hands and feet by applying moisturizer overnight. Also, don’t miss your manicure and pedicure appointments.

In the process of implementing all the tips, don’t forget to eat healthy food. Oily and junk food will show its result on your hair and skin only. So, say no to unhealthy food and follow a balanced diet.
