Jayant Chaudhary, son of a small-scale farmer, emerged as the topper in class 12 Arts stream in the MP Board Result 2024. Jayant lives in a rented room 40 kilometres away from home and aspires to pursue a career in the civil services. His incredible achievement as the state topper has brought immense joy to his family.

Living away from the family

The reason why Jayant lives 40 km away from home is that his father, Hemraj Yadav, is a farmer in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. Hemraj owns approximately 11 bighas of land and has three children, with Jayant being the youngest after two elder daughters. Jayant used to study alongside his cousin, Dhananjay Yadav, in a rented room located in Kala Peepal, which is about 40 km away from their home for better exam preparation.

Education

Jayant Yadav attended Sahara Public School in Kala Peepal. He is dedicated towards his studies and only spends approximately 30 to 40 minutes each day to unwind and relax on social media platforms. He shares that his favourite subject is Political Science, and he enjoys engaging in lively discussions about political events with his friends.

Dedication

Jayant managed the exam pressure effectively by diligently preparing for subjects he was weak at. He struggled with language subjects such as Hindi and English, and therefore, dedicated more hours to them. His father’s struggles as a farmer motivated him to perform better.

For a better life

Topper Jayant Yadav highlights the sacrifices his parents made to provide their children with education. By seeking inspiration from parents, Jayant believes that students can cultivate a strong determination for success and remain focused on their goals without getting distracted. He advises students to steer clear of negative habits and strive to fulfil their parents' expectations.
