The actor Lisa Ray overcame her most difficult struggle against cancer malignancy that is considered incurable. It was Tuesday that the actor turned 51.
When Lisa discussed her first international red carpet event in 2009, shortly after disclosing her condition, she talked about how much she feared it due to the adverse effects of the steroids.

In her biography Close To The Bone, Lisa discussed her personal experiences. In 2019, it was made available. Just before heading to the red carpet event in America, she disclosed that she weighed forty pounds more.

CBC Books quoted a passage from the memoir that said, "I always hated the red carpet." She used to walk it at movie premieres in Toronto and Los Angeles, as well as events in Bombay, but she was always self-conscious since you had to consider how to suck in your nonexistent stomach and bend your head as the photographers were taking pictures.

You're supposed to look picture-perfect. Ambition and anticipation embrace your shape, enveloping your skin. But fall 2009, She do have a gut, and it's swinging beneath a royal purple, sari-inspired dress that was tailored to fit my new figure. The dress was delivered by her friend Rashmi Varma, a costume designer, just hours before my film Cooking with Stella made its Toronto International Film Festival premiere. Designer next tried on each pair of heels in her wardrobe one by one. Her feet have too much edema.

That is the effect of steroids, and She have been using them sparingly four days on, four days off.  And they've made my face like a big round moon.

Actress Lisa is Indo-Canadian. June 2009 saw the diagnosis of multiple myeloma in her. Following three years of rehabilitation, she experienced a relapse in 2012, coinciding with her marriage to Jason Dehni.

After fighting the illness for several months, she recovered even more powerfully.
