Lima, Peru, follows closely, with an average of 28 minutes and 30 seconds needed to travel 10 kilometers, according to reports.

Both Indian cities rank sixth and seventh on the list, with comparable commute times for covering 10 kilometers, according to the report.

Bucharest in Romania, Manila in the Philippines, and Brussels in Belgium hold the eighth, ninth, and tenth positions on the list.
