200 gm urad dal
10 cardamom
200 gm powdered sugar
5 tbsp ghee
200 gm jaggery powder
9-10 almonds

Urad Dal Laddus can be prepared in under an hour
Start by soaking urad dal overnight. Once soaked, drain the water, heat a pan, add ghee, fry the lentils, and grind them after cooling.

Next steps
Make a powder of cardamom. In a separate pan, create syrup of sugar and jaggery. Then, mix the urad dal mixture into the syrup.
