Did you know that there are some countries where driving a vehicle with an Indian Driving License is completely valid?
 

With your Indian Driving License (DL), you can drive a rental car for up to 1 year in the USA. Keep in mind that you will always have to carry Form I-94 with you. 
 

You can drive a car in Germany for up to 6 months with your license. It is recommended to carry a German translated driver’s license and an International Driving Permit. 
 

In Australia, you can drive a car in some areas for up to 3 months. The traffic rules in Australia are very similar to India’s traffic rules. 
 

With your Indian driving license, you can drive a car in England, Wales, and Scotland for up to 1 year. However, you are allowed to drive some selected vehicles only. 
 

In Switzerland, you can drive with your Indian driving license for up to 1 year. Ensure that your license is in English. 
 

South Africa also permits Indian driving license holders to drive a car in the country.
 

In Sweden, you can drive with your Indian license for one year if it is in English, Swedish, German, French, or Norwegian. It is recommended to carry another valid ID too. 
 

Indian citizens can drive a vehicle in Singapore with their license for up to 1 year, provided the license is in English. 

After your residential registration in Spain, you can drive using your Indian driving license for up to 6 months. Also, carry an additional government ID with you.
