Padma Shri nominee, Amit Niranjan has qualified for UGC NET 7 times

Amit’s greatness lies in the fact that he has cleared the NET exams seven times in seven different subjects.
 

After qualifying for NET in Management, Amit worked in Allahabad Bank in the year 2013.

After completing the two years of his first JRF, he started receiving Rs. 45,000 a month which allowed him to pursue his other interests comfortably.

Amit Niranjan received his first PhD in International Economics from GHRT Jammu, the Indian counterpart of the University of Berlin. 

Amit has completed his Master's degrees in following subjects: M Com, MA Economics, MA Education, MA Sociology, MA Political Science, MA Philosophy, MA HR and M Phil in Commerce. 

NET-JRF Commerce in 2010, NET Economics in 2010, NET Management in 2012, NET Education in 2015, NET Political Science in 2019, NET Sociology in 2020 and NET Adult Education in 2022

He believes that books are a means to connect with the world and they make life more delightful.

Amit has also cleared tough competitive examinations like SSC, RBI, UPSC, IBPS. Currently, Amit is pursuing his second doctorate degree in Economics. 

To felicitate his academic achievements, the Uttar Pradesh government has nominated his name for the Padma Shri Award.
