Salil Parekh pursued Aeronautical Engineering at IIT Bombay and further earned a Master's in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. 
 

In the financial year 2022-23, Salil Parekh experienced a 21 percent reduction in the package. Yet, his salary yearly amounted to Rs 56.4 crore.
