Pari Bishnoi, from Ajmer, Rajasthan, decided at a young age that she wanted to become an IAS. She started preparing for the civil services from 12th grade.
Pari Bishnoi was born on January 26, 1996, in Kakra village, Bikaner. Her father, Maniram Bishnoi, is a lawyer, and her mother, Sushila Bishnoi, is a police officer in GRP.
Pari Bishnoi studied at St. Mary's Convent School, Ajmer, and graduated from Delhi University. During this time, she started preparing for UPSC.
After graduation, Pari Bishnoi pursued a post-graduation in Political Science from MDS University, Ajmer. She also cleared the NET-JRF exam, but her dream was to become an IAS.
Pari's mother mentioned in an interview that her daughter completely distanced herself from mobile phones and social media during her studies. She remained focused on her studies.
Pari attempted the UPSC exam three times and finally achieved All India Rank 30 in her third attempt in 2019, becoming an IAS officer.
Her first posting after becoming an IAS was in Sikkim. Later, she married Bhavya Bishnoi, a BJP MLA from Adampur, Haryana, and subsequently received the Haryana cadre.
The discipline Pari followed during her UPSC preparation is an inspiration for every student. She achieved her dream by distancing herself from all kinds of distractions.
