Anand Raja, a former RJ, also known as RJ Raj, decided to leave his 13-year-career behind to run a “zero-waste” juice centre called Eat Raja in Bengaluru. It is one of the few eco-friendly cafés present in the city.
Bengaluru: Eat Raja, a juice centre in Bengaluru's Malleshwaram has become the talk of the town as customers are treated with something extraordinary and something unbelievable at first sight. The juice centre promotes "zero-waste" as customers are served juice with fruit cups (cups made of outer layers of fruits) and straws made of leaves.
