Last month, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan bluntly warned that there was a possibility of war over India’s crackdown in the disputed Himalayan region of Kashmir. Well, a lot has happened since then. From his failure to receive support globally on the issue to India’s procurement of Rafale jets, the Pak PM finds himself on the backfoot.
On October 8, Defence minister Rajnath Singh received the first of 36 Rafale fighter jet and flew a sortie in the MMRCA fighter jet from a French airbase in Paris. Now as India has received its first Rafale fighter jet, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan may have to look back and think about what his words really meant.

There has been much talk about the issue but it’s the actions of India that seem to have been heard by the other countries.

While India is a peace-loving country, it has deep resources in its defence sector. However, India chooses not to resort to violence to attack countries with threats of war.
