#HeToo: BJP’s Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga says Bengaluru woman harassed him with false charges (Video)
New Delhi: Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga on Saturday alleged he had been victimised by a woman from Bengaluru. The woman slapped him with allegedly fake charges of sexual harassment and Sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, which he challenged at the Karnataka High Court and successfully got it quashed.
After the same allegations were given a fresh lease of life by the supposed victim after the #MeToo movement hit India, Bagga released evidence including the details of the conversation between the two, rubbishing her claim. Bagga said it’s he who is the real victim of falsehood and intimidation.
