Pollachi sexual abuse: Madras HC orders ex-gratia to victim whose identity was revealed

After the Tamil Nadu government revealed the identity of a victim in its order, the Madurai bench of the Madras high court has ordered Rs 25 lakh as ex-gratia to the victim involved in the Pollachi sexual abuse case. The court has also ordered disciplinary action against Coimbatore SP Pandiarajan for revealing the victim’s name during a press conference.
