Former defence secretary RK Mathur sworn in as Ladakh’s 1st Lt Governor
RK Mathur who was the defence secretary has been sworn-in as the first Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh. Mathur, an IAS officer of 1977 batch from Tripura, later inspected a guard of honour of local police.
