Nottingham: England captain Eoin Morgan said the team’s fielding let them down in their ICC World Cup 2019 clash against Pakistan, which they lost by 14 runs in a high-scoring game at Trent Bridge on Monday (June 4). Pakistan posted 348/8 in 50 overs and England, despite centuries from Joe Root and Jos Buttler, fell short, ending up with 334/9. Morgan said the bad fielding cost their 15 to 20 runs.
