Iaf Rescue Operations  

Rain related incidents in the northern states of India have left 38 people dead. Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopters carried dramatic rescue operations in Jammu and Karnal districts on Monday (August 19), and the administration was on alert in parts of Haryana and Punjab
 

The Indian Air Force (IAF) chopper rescued about 125 people from a narrow road in Gujarat’s Kutch district. The IAF helicopters were also used to rescue flood-affected people from Navsari in south Gujarat and Jamnagar in last few days, a defence official said
 

The Indian Air Force (IAF) continued its rescue operations in flood-hit Kerala. IAF’s Mi-17 helicopters have airlifted people who were stranded. IAF said it was committed in defence of skies and saving precious lives on ground. So far IAF pilots have rescued several people from various districts of Kerala.
