Piravom church: Fourth bench withdraws from hearing the case

The Supreme Court had ruled that the ownership of the St Mary’s Jacobite Syrian Cathedral in Piravom Valiyapally should be handed over to the Orthodox department. However, the dispute between the Orthodox and Jacobite continues. Now, the fourth bench of the Kerala high court has withdrawn from the hearing.
