Delhi Police ready with anti-terror strategy for Sunday polls

Of the total 13,819 polling booths in Delhi, 450 have been designated “sensitive” while 16 “extra-sensitive”. Has apprehended 1.41 lakh litre of illegal liquor since MCC came into effect. Deployed 61,000 personnel along with 47 companies of para-military forces and 1300 home guards.

DoPT asks MHA for granting organised services status to CAPF

Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has asked the Ministry of Home Affairs' court for giving organised services status to the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). DoPT has also asked MHA to assign this project the status of 'top priority'
