The residents of Vijayanagar in Bengaluru west area had complained about stray dogs and cats missing. Girish, a social worker had suspected these nomads to be behind it. He had alerted his friends to keep a watch on them. Today, one of them saw these nomads mercilessly killing a cat and burning it. Later they cut into pieces.
