MyNation's take: Windies shook India out of their sleep; comparing Kohli, Tendulkar best avoided

New Delhi: West Indies coming forcing a tie was a splash of cold water on India's face, feel MyNation journalists Debdutta Bhattacharjee and Manish Masoom. India did not expect such a fightback from the Windies after the first ODI and the Test series largely being one-way traffic.

The Windies can be said to have shook India out of their slumber. However, that aside there is a distinct sameness to India pummeling opposition at home. Virat Kohli becoming the fastest to 10,000 ODI runs was also a point of discussion, but comparison with Sachin Tendulkar is essentially a comparison of two completely different eras and hence avoidable.
