Handlers of terrorists appear to be succeeding in radical indoctrination of the youth of Kashmir, brainwashing them with the Wahabbi version of Islam.
In a major setback to security forces’ appeal to youth to shun guns and return home, two more men from south Kashmir have joined terror groups.
Terror organisations have been luring youth to join militant ranks in the Valley. The missing youth from Pampore town of south Kashmir announced his joining of terror group on social media.
Mohammad Amin Mir hailing from Drangbal has joined the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant outfit. His picture with AK-47 has gone viral on social media with the code name “Abu Ismail”. Mir who has studied up to class 10 is missing since July 29 and his family is desperately appealing him to return home.
Mir had lost his mother in 1993 and father in the year 2016. Before joining terror ranks, he was working as a distributor of milk products to local shopkeepers in Pampore town. He was set to be married in a month.
In an emotional appeal, her mother-in-law said, “We appeal him, wherever he is, to come back home as soon as possible. Don’t leave us like this.”
A senior police official confirmed to MyNation a case has been filed and the police have started an investigation.
Another youth from south Kashmir’s Pulwama who joined terror ranks is identified as Adil Manzoor Wani hailing from Padgampora area of Awantipora. He has joined Lashkar-e-Taiba and announced this on social media platform with a picture of him holding AK-47.
